• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

NEW BRP EMAIL ADDRESS?

I had sent an email to [email protected] this past weekend but have yet to receive a response. I had asked a question about whether my dealer had put on a new front sprocket backwards. I decided to call the BRP toll-free number. Of course they would not let me speak to a BRP technician and referred me back to the dealer. I will call them tomorrow when they open. I had mentioned that I had sent an email to BRP care but had not received a response. The lady informed me that BRP's email had changed and they were not answering the brp.care address anymore. The new email address that she gave me is: [email protected]. So I sent an email to the new address a few moments ago. If I do get a response I would wonder if and how BRP has notified the public of this new address. If this is a well kept secret, then why???:banghead:

Does this mean that BRP has shut down BRP Cares, and they will not be posting important information for the Spyder World here any longer??????

I don't know if they will be posting here anymore but it sounded to me like they wouldn't be answering any more emails addressed to brp.care.

I am sure that if BRP care has made such a change that they will notify the site with the new information.

I think we need to wait and see for a bit. :bbq::bbq::bbq:

The only way BRP would communicate with me was through an inept inexperienced service manager. Just try and reason with one of those guys some time. :banghead: :gaah::banghead:

I have always said that BRP was as bad or worse than dealing with Harley. Maybe Harley has become their service model as well as their sales model. I hope not.

I just received an email from BRP Care regarding the email address that I was told was BRP.service. The BRP.service address is the phone customer service email. So I wanted to set the record straight.

Must have been from the same person who said F3 drive pulleys will fit only one way. :roflblack:
