New Elio 3 Wheeler introduced

Saw this posted on Yahoo News today.

84 MPG - Great
Front engine, front wheel drive - so will do OK in snow
Protected from the elements - that's good
BUT...looks like there's no room for storage AT ALL!
Also, no performance statistics at all. 0-60 MPH in what?....20 minutes?

That was actually a link to them showing the car and then driving it off on GMA. very cool!!!!

They claim 0-60 in 9.5 seconds, not great, but I would not be buying it for performance. top speed over 100 mph, good enough for a ticket.

Certification

As far as I know they are going to certify it as a motorcycle, I an not sure I will be willing to drive a cage with a helmet.
