New Owner of 2022 Spyder RTL

I've ridden Harleys and BMW's for many years, along with Japanese and British bikes, since 1966. Lately I've had personal issues with my Triumph Bonneville and BMW R1200RT falling over on me while mounting/dismounting. Consequently, I started looking at trikes. After speaking with some Tri-Glide and Can Am owners, I decided to get a bike that would NOT fall over on me, and pursued my quest for a Spyder! I must admit that some new riding techniques need to be acquired, but so far all is progressing in a satisfactory manner.

I look forward to meeting other riders and picking up some helpful tips.

I made the switch from Harley Davidson Touring earlier this year, and after a few thousand miles, I can't believe I am riding the same motorcycle. All of the sensitivity and twitchiness has completed disappeared from the steering/handling with no changes to the machine, only the rider learning new skills and more feeling for it.

I picked up a great deal this Spring, on a 2025 S2S that had only 700 miles on it cos the guy just couldn't get used to the change! He was back on two wheels almost before I left his dooryard with my new bike!! Good for him and me! Have fun, be safe, enjoy!!!
