There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Bill,
Mustang will not be making any seats or accessories for the Spyder, sorry.
Thanks for your interest in Mustang.

I have a CAN AM Spyder (08) I am looking for an aftermarket seat and
really like the looks and feel of the Mustang seats I have seen on other
motorcycles. Is Mustang planning a seat for the Spyder? If so, any ideas
on when it may be available to the public.
I look forward to your response.

Oh well will either do the Corbin or the BRP.

That's the answer I got too, they told me that they will never make a seat for a three wheeled motorcycle! I read some where on here that the owner has a spyder and he will be making a seat for them soon. I think he's missing out!

I am wainting for a custom seat... hopefully I will get it within the next week....
Upon my review, butt , I will take pictures, and respond. The real test will be the ryde to Gatlinburg.

They must not have a good market analyst on staff,:lecturef_smilie: the baby boomer crowd, with their buying power, will re-invent the three wheel market. The Mustang seats will go away just like the old Mustang motorcycles did (remember those?):doorag:

Mustang makes all the stock seats for Boss Hoss. My Bike and my Trike, a 3 wheeled motorcycle, both have Mustang seats. The trike seat is the most comfortable I've had on any motorcycle. I checked with Mustang at one of the Rallys about getting the optional Touring seat for the bike, was told I would have to go through Boss Hoss, as they didn't sell these seats direct.

Different company altogether-----

As far as the seat goes - why wait when you can have a Corbin NOW??

Here's my experience. Mustang has no interest in making a Spyder seat. Ultimate Seat Co. will release a seat next year. I got a BRP Comfort seat and it's light years ahead of the original POS seat. But it was damaged so I sent it back. I ordered a Corbin seat and got in less than 10 days. It's not on my Spyder yet so I can't address the comfortability of it. However, I can tell you that the price difference between it and the comfort seat is well worth it just in the way it's constructed. Leather seating surfaces, a much sturdier seat pan and it lockable. And, you obviously don't have to send in your seat for alteration. Mine goes on tomorrow....I'm stoked!!
