• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Of Limp Modes and Error Codes...

Not a great day on the RT...
Three times it went into limp mode and I caught an error code: P 06C7
The bike's going in the shop Tuesday for an oil change; can anybody tell me what that code refers too?
Thanks!
Oh! I was checking the pressures in the rear suspension. I was one bar down from the top; It only read 19.5 psi in the shock! Does something need a bit of calibration perhaps??? :dontknow:
Double Thanks!

The RT manual does not list such a code. For a standard OBD-II compliant system, it would mean Cylinder 3 Gloplug Incorrect. Since you have neither three cylinders nor a diesel, that obviously doesn't apply. If you are sure of the code, I would suspect a computer or communications issue. If the code was perhaps P0637, it would be a DPS problem (DPS motor high current fault). That would typically entail replacement of the DPS. Either way, it's time to visit your dealer and let him sort it out.

Sorry, I can't find that code in my Midwest manual. Some of the ones around the P06 area have to do with the ECM. Home it' s nothing too serious.

As far as the rear suspension pressure goes, if you have installed the ACS system, the pressure is meaningless. The system goes by ride height, and the pressure varies according to load. That does seem low, however. Was your system calibrated with a gauge block when it was set up in BUDS? If so, did they use the revised gauge block dimensions and procedure, per the 2011 service bulletin?

I'm planning on asking them how they set it up on Tuesday when I get there.
I THOUGHT that the bike felt a bit soft...
