• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Open Invitation to Ryde

Lone Spyder Ryder

New member
I don't belong to any club's not that there is any thing wrong with them. They look to be a lot of fun. I am just more of a loner. Having said that I would like to invite you all for a ryde if you are ever in the http://www.citrusheights.net/home/index.asp area. Just give me at least a couple day notice. I keep hearing about the Dragons Tail and I dearly would love to ryde that one day, but if you make it over my way this is a one day ryde. It is a long day but worth every mile of it. http://www.pashnit.com/roads/cal/MosquitoRidge.htm
Just a thought.

Thanks for the tip on Mosquito Road. I am in Manteca and will make it out there by next week and give it a go.

So for your reward I wll clue you in on my favorite-Del Puerto Canyon road out of Patterson. Roughly 610 curves, I counted 'em, in 55 miles. Who would think that exsited in the heart of the Sacramento Valley. Take I5 south to Patterson, get off on Diablo Canyon Road, turn right and then immediately right again and start steering. There are more cows on the road than cars. It takes me about 3 hours to make the entire 110 mile trip and I am usually exhausted when I get home.

I too, generally ride alone. Be safe.
