• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Rear air suspension

Suspension adjustment seems to work fine as long as I am riding solo but as soon as I put the spouse on it goes into the orange manual mode after about two miles. any ideas ? I had it down to Pittbull last week and they thought they had it fixed (out of calibration). 350 mile round trip from Blue Springs to go back and dont really mind as long as the weather is good. Will probably call Len tomorrow and see what he says. Again anybody know anything that I can check ? Maybe spray soapy water looking for air leak ?. Thanks in advance for any help on this.

First check is to look under your seat and there is a shrader valve there.
Check the pressure with a tire gauge and see if it is holding air.
Use the switch on the consol and try increasing or decreasing the ride.
See if the pressure changes when you do this. (engine must be running to do that).

If that is all good then I suspect something wrong with the swing arm sensor on the left side of the bike. This senses your ride height. Maybe check that it is hooked up! See my tire change video if you don't know where that is as I show it in my video.

Finally as another simple check make sure the passenger seat sensor is plugged in.

Had a very similar problem on my 2012 RT. The system would work fine for a distance, but then would go into the manual mode, especially when riding 2 up. Took a couple of trips to the dealer, but it was finally determined that the compressor was faulty. Apparently it would get hot trying to adjust the suspension over a period of time and would stop working. They replaced the compressor and all is well. Might have them look at that. I had to tell the dealer to put two big mechanics on the bike and go for a ride until the system failed and they could accurately diagnose the problem.
