• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Received welcome call from BRP

Received a nice call this afternoon from BRP to see how I like my new F3. Had lots of questions about pros and cons, what I like, what I don't like. Asked if I had the bike fitted for me by the dealer. Told him the dealer did not have the U-Fit system, and told him I had to buy the +1 linkage and install to make it fit me better. He finished up with me and asked if he could follow up in a few months.

Anyone else receive a call?

That was nice...

Did get a call a long time ago but then I haven't bought anything..can't win if you don't play...:roflblack: nice follow up..

I received a call about my 2014 RT about 2 months ago. I told him it was bad time but please call back. He agreed. Nothing since. I'm guessing a no response is good enough for customer service.

When I bought my 2012RTS-SE5 and my 2014RTS-SE6 I did not get any phone calls from BRP all I got was a Welcome Letter in the mail( it said Congratulations, Welcome to The BRP family) Deanna

My one and only call was in about 2011 or so. They talked about :spyder2: in general. The call lasted over 45 minutes. I did communicate with BRPCare through e-mail over my purchase of the 2014 and my questions/issues were handled promptly.
