• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Right side fairing pushpins in fairing won't line up - any ideas?

I changed the oil and filter and now can’t get the two chrome security pins on the fairing to line up. I tried adjusting the bent one but it didn’t help? Any ideas?

You say you tried adjusting the "bent" pin. What did you do in "adjusting" it? You can flex the upper side panel to get the "bent" pin into its grommet and then push the straight pin into its grommet. If you put a spritz of Windex on each grommet it makes inserting the push pins easier to slip into the grommets. When the Windex dries the grommets hold the pins tightly. If you moved the "bent" pin and you trust yourself, remove the left upper side panel and verify the orientation position of the right panel using the left panel as a guide.

Sometimes, just a little pressure in between the two pins when you have the bent one in will make the other line up better! The Windex trick works well also!! (y)
