Ok I've posted several sighting throughout this thread never to have a single one claimed. My new mission this year is to run every darn one I spot in my area and get them to register here. hyea:

I was thinkin the same thing! Monday Morning, 20 June I was on Central Expressway in Santa Clara, CA and saw a dark colored RS going the other way. I was looking into the Sun so I could not see exactly what color it was, but it looked shiny and black and looked pretty new. Waved to the rider but didn't get a wave back.

This morning ...

... 10:25 on Ronald Reagan Blvd just inside FM 1431 in Leander,TX. A blue one headed outbound to my inbound as I was returning from a breakfast run to Marble Falls. We didn't stop ... just waved.

But they're on the increase ...

Saw one blue one, and two red and black one's today on the Blue Ridge Parkway south of Ashville NC.

While traveling west bound on the 14 in the Red Rocks Cyn area (Calif, between Inyokern and Mojave), spotted an blue RT EB and he spotted me. We were the only ones on the highway, separated by a couple hundred feet. We waved at each other and went back to the task of fighting the crosswinds. Sigh.

I saw a couple on a blue RT A&C with a grin ear to ear in Roscoe, IL. I hope to see them again and get to stop and talk.

I saw a silver and black model RS I think. This was saturday morning on Hicks Road in palatine . :yikes:

Blue RTS between Hanover and Savannah Il. today about 3:00PM. I know I said I'd run the next one down, However with the Mrs. on back I chose to wave and keep on going

Seen 2 today. First was a yellow RS headed south on rt9 in Valatie NY followed by a 2 wheeler at around noon. 40 min later I spotted the same spyder and 2 wheeler headed north. Unfortunatly i was in my dump truck. About 4:30 this afternoon I passed a blue RT on Rt 4 in East greenbush, this time I was rydin my spyder.

Spyder Sighting

:2thumbs: Saturday 6/25 my wife and I were riding through Genoa, Illinois on Rt.#72 in the afternoon. Passing us going the other way was an identical 2011 RT Limited with a happy bearded guy who waved vigorusly. The incredable thing is that Genoa is a very small town whose business district is only a few blocks long. That was the first Can-Am we have seen in our area. How good is that?

I saw a guy today about 8 pm at euclid and northwest hwy in arlington heights it was silver with the BRP backrest and looked like silver side bags ... It was a model like my 09 but silver and black .. though im not sure what year it really was .

don't recall being in the pennQueen diner, but then again i dont remember yesterday either so :roflblack:

Out of commission for a few weeks due to surgery yesterday...but thats my surgeons opinion....i'm ready to get on it now:helpsmilie:....will catch up to you.:2thumbs:

Long Island NY Spyders

Saw two:2thumbs: Sat. July 2,2011 - Was ryding my blue RT, hubby in lead with his black Vulcan Vaquero along 25A and North Country Rd on Long Island::

Red RS turning onto 25A heading west.
Another RS not quite sure of it's color - ( possibly metalic grey/black ) somewhere around Ft. Solanga / Rt. 107

We all did the"excited wave" you know the one where you can't believe you just saw another awesome spyder! and then a thumbs up.

Black RT, about 9 AM 7/2, headed north out of Nashville IN on SR135, my friend and I were on my yellow GS.

On our 126 mile ride through the Allegeny National Forest and surrounding areas we spotted two Spyders :2thumbs:...a yellow one on PA Rt 322 around 11:30 a.m. and a silver one near Mt Jewett PA on Rt 6. Didn't spot any Spyders in Ohio. :dontknow: We'll be riding around northwest PA over the next 3 days, then heading to Buffalo NY area...any Spyders in the area?

Spotted a silver rs headed west on rt 20 in Schodack ny around noonish. Unfotunately it was on a trailer being towed by a sliver pickup....

Saw a Red RS on I217 southbound in Beaverton, OR. Unfortunatly, the ryder was talking to a police officer as he/she was folding the ticket to put in a pocket.

Info: tickets up in Beaverton are on-board computer generated and are about 18" long.:roflblack:
