Stalling during cold starts

My 2011 RT SE5 has started a nasty habit of stalling during warm up. Once it gets 1 bar it seems to be fine but it stalled 5 times yesterday after a cold start. Naturally I will bring it to the dealer but its good to come in with a bit of info as the dealer is not always up to speed on all issues.

Throttle bodies, Been a few of them hanging up [sticking] on the 2010/2011's :dontknow:

Thanks Bob, I suspected that. They did the software up date but I thought it would a matter of time before this would be requried.

Don't jump to conclusions. It could be due to a variety of causes...or even a combination of things. It needs to have a diagnostic run, and a thorough examination of the plug wires and spark plugs, as well as the EFI and ECM. A good tech is your best bet.

:agree: Get in touch with BajaRon if you need plugs and wires... His stuff is the best! :thumbup:

I bet it has fault codes stored in the PCM, even if the service engine light isn't on it will show there is an issue. I would take it in and have it hooked up to the laptop for diag. Let us know how it goes. It will probably be a quick and easy fix.

Yes, as I said orginially, I will but having some information helps prevent... there is nothing wrong as it would not stall for us bull, lol...
