• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Thank you MEN

And our present Generation of Millennials are worried about Political Correctness and there own "safe place"! Yes and we are responsible for spoiling them and turning them into a "gimme generation" that wants everything for nothing. Mine are included BTW.

Nice picture. Thanks to all that have served over the years, you are truly special men and women. To all that came back with their lives and their limbs, you still sacrificed more than the average person will ever know. You all left a piece of yourselves over there that you will never get back. And us non military folks do appreciate it. Thanks again to the few and the brave.

The other day I was going through a box of old pictures that my mother had kept over the years. In with the family pictures I found some war photos of my uncles in the Korean (Conflict) War. Kind of strange looking at those B&W photos of people you know, knowing that this crap is real. Real people jumping out of helicopters, wading through chest high water with rifles held above their heads or just lying in a grassy field taking a smoke break. This was not a movie, this was the real deal.

For what it's worth, I missed the Vietnam (Conflict) War by about six months. The draft was alive and well, I was 1A and on my way. I graduated H.S. in '73 and it was the early part of that year when the war and draft ended.
