• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Think I found my dream helmet

Check out revzilla.com helmet video

They have a through video on the helmet and how to size. I've purchased several helmets from them, ATV and Spyder. Very good exchange policy and returns.

Now, I'm also looking at the Nolan N43E Trilogy. image.jpg

It's a lot less money and still maintains the clear shield without the chin bar. Hmmmmm.

I got mine from revzilla and wrote a review there. Didn't score it very high because of low build quality, but its the only helmet I use anymore.

We have two of these

My wife has an Evoline 2 and I have an Evoline 3.

We chose these helmets for the "fold back" feature which eliminates the drag when riding open faced. There's no doubt that they're probably a safer helmet than our Fulmers, but we just aren't as comfortable having our cheeks "squeezed" by the thick cheek pads.
I've searched unsuccesfully, for the possibility of obtaining thinner cheek pads.

I'm still looking for a local dealer with this helmet. I'd hate to buy one without sizing it first.

I had Cycle Gear order mine and when it came in I tried it on and wanted abigger size. They took the helmet back right then and then ordered the next size for me. I have the Evo Line 3. I paid $450 from Cycle Gear. But you do need to try them on because you will either love it or hate it.

I just talked with a guy at Revzilla, and asked about the cheek-pads. He said the company's supply to the USA is really intermittent. He said there are replacement cheek-pads, but they are hard to get because of the poor supply line. By the measurement, I'm right smack in the middle between XS and S sizes. By the video and the reviews, it sounds like they run a bit large. I also like the features of the Nolan N43E Trilogy, and it's about $200 cheaper.

So I ordered one of each. They have free shipping and return shipping is just $7.45, so that's all I will risk. After I get them both here, I'll decide which one to keep!
