Using bluetooth with my Samsung Phone

I installed the com set including the bluetooth option so I have the GPS and mount, cb and head set. Everything works fine but I cannot get my samsung phone to send or recieve in my headset. It shows up on my Garmin 600, I can dial it through the garmin and I can see it rings and gets answered but I cannot talk or hear anything on the head set. Now here is what I do know:

1. 1 The headset works fine with the Radio, CB and GPS
2. I puchased and installed the required bluetooth adapter for the system
3. The Bluetooth is finding the phone and is confirmed on the phone as well as the GPS
4. The headset is plugged in and as stated above works fine with the other audio devices
5. I have the audio set to mix both in the audio settings and the GPS

What am I missing here?
