• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What am I missing?

Bought a pair of 3" risers to put on wife's RS. Wanted to check cables befor I cut bars. The throttle cables just don't look like they have enough slack to install these risers. Previous owner had !' riser installed. I've seen post that some have put up to 4" risers on. What am I missing? Don't see any way to get anymore slack in throttle cables.

I didn't use risers, went with Kewlmetal 7" bars and center piece. I cut some of the tie-wraps in the front of the spyder and retied them, for the wire harness. I also rerouted the throttle and clutch cable to get a little more slack, it worked.

The cables have zip ties holding them tight, Follow the cables down and snip the ties off, Some are hard to find, but once you do you'll have more than enough length.
