What is PM/AM vs Yes

When I set the clock on my newly acquired RT I cannot set the time for AM or PM. Instead I get " YES " in place of AM/PM.

What Gives??????

There is a bulletin/update for this issue: "Verify the version of software in digital display (LCD) and multifunction gauge". Did the screen changing color (completely orange with no warning display) ?

I got told about that when they delivered mine.
I said not to bother about it as I use the 24 hour clock anyway.
Was told the computer should fix it at first service.

On mine I go with this philosophy:
1. When it is light out... it's AM
2. When it's dark out..... it's PM
