There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Good Friday Morning to everyone. Currently overcast sky at -2°F.
Getting down to the Final Day of January 2026. Where did the month
go? Here in Indiana we had temperatures from (60°F to -15°F) what
a roller coaster ride.
Today's high at 16°F with some sunshine.
Low of 1°F. with some clouds.
Keep warm and dry.

The current temp in Vermont is 2 degrees above zero. Today we woke up to bitterly cold temps to start the day, with most places below zero and a wind chill factor in the teens and 20's below zero - approaching -30 at times for some! Even into this afternoon, temps barely inched above the zero degree mark into single digits. However, winds out of the North between 5-10 mph will keep the wind chill below zero all day long. Clouds persist through much of the day, but there could be a few breaks of sunshine from time to time, especially the father North you are. Tonight, lows will dip into the single digits below zero again, but the breeze should stop.
Then while the weekend will be a bit warmer, it will still be quite cold. The high temps for Saturday and Sunday will only reach into the single digits and lower teens. Both weekend days feature some sunshine, but overall, there will likely be more cloud cover on Sunday, along with potentially breezier conditions as a Nor'Easter passes off the coast of Southern New England. Overnight lows are expected to be generally in the single digits on either side of zero.
Then we look a bit warmer to start next week, with temps climbing back towards the upper teens and lower 20's by Monday (which is Groundhog Day). Tuesday warms up a few more degrees into the mid and upper 20's. Along with the warmer temps, it looks like we'll enjoy a bit more sunshine overall next week. WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
(I am going riding on my snowmobile this Saturday. I have heated riding gear).

Currently in the desert: 77 degrees (today's high), humidity at 11%, 4 MPH breeze, no clouds in sight. The weekend forecast has us warming to 80 on Saturday and 84 on Sunday! Today's show and shine car gathering was very well attended. The P.A. announcer said there were in excess of 350 vehicles. The food venders were busy and there were hundreds of lookers wandering around. I'm now on a first name basis with the lady who runs the ice cream truck. Visiting her has become a weekly event. A 48% chance of snow showers this morning.(7am to 10am) We have overcast sky and 9°F. The wind chill is making it feel like -6°F. Just got to love it. Come on Spring.

Sunday's high is 24°F with some sun.
