Suprise from NMN

Well as you may have read in my other posts I had some problems the Pucks from my triple play so i sent it all in to NMN well he recieved them yesterday and tested them and one was completely bad the other had a few bad LED's. Well at the same time i placed my order for the Tail Light conversion and all in one. Well he said it usually takes about 3 days or so to get it to TN so i was expecting it around Tuesday or Wednesday and to my suprise when i got home UPS had stopped by and left a notice i had a package. Thats right it was from NMN with replacement LED's and the Tail Light kit and OMG it is really much brighter and amazing!!!! Oh and VERY simple to install!!! It took about 30 minutes to install including removing panels!!!!

Evan once again you showed your true customer service!!!! Now i'm ready to ride for tomorrows awsome weather!!! Thanks for all you do for us here!!!!

nmn is the best ( EVAN )

i have also put on the triple play and centre brake lite and fender tips. after installing these items , was havind some doubts as to the proper workings of them, lights flashing faster than normal, after several attempts, fone calls and numeroue e-mails to evan and on his part numerous replacement parts and fixes being sent to correct the problem. it finally came down to this, out of approx the four hundred units pplus they have supplied , my spyder and another spyder from the usa did not like the way the brake light was back feeding into the system. long story short EVAN, finally sent me a very simple different connector for the brake light and VOILA. He is the utmost when it comes to customer service and keeping the customer happy. I have personally thanked him but thought it should be on thw spyder airwaves. Thank you again Evan.:yes:
