Well there was some real sporty European car ($$$$$$$$$$$$$) that Lamonster commented on once that he really liked. If you could find that car and show up in DC with it, he may share rides with you.

What!? And not take my Spyder!? No way! I'm looking forward to a few miles on my new Toyo tire. Can't say I hope it rains but I'm not Skeer'd.

It should be a great ride up and back.

ABSOLUTELY...DC is not a city that you want to get lost in. Along with the GPS, may I suggest a 357 Magnum or a sawed off shotgun

A guy could almost get concerned listening to all of this crazy talk about our nations capitol. Obama has everything straightened out...doesn't he?

Like any large city, there are areas :yikes: one should not go alone or with friends.

I am a native Marlander and have been to DC many times and will continue to do so for the ARTS, museums,fine dining, etc. - but I don't wander the streets in known crime areas.

I think it's the KNOWN part I'm missing. Checked my GPS and it doesn't have any "Don't Go Here" areas marked out.
