There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

In this thread, jcthorne posted that the 2010 - 2012 cables are all the same, even though the part numbers are different. Post #13. I’ve never personally held them both side by side, but he’s pretty knowledgeable. Part number 707000927 Seems to be available in multiple places.

Well, been doing some poking around and you can get a 2011, and 2012 cable still! If you want I have a used one sitting on my bench for a 2012 RTL, I am willing to bet it will fit, because BRP likes to change numbers but don't like to redesign anything and keep all the buttons and knobs the same threw out! If you want my old one, get back to me and I can mail it out for you! Or if you give me the length of your cable I can measure mine against yours.
