There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I was told by my dealer that production for the '11s have stopped and will start the 2012 in mid-September.

Ordering and receiving are two very different things. Our dealer order a quantity from day one, got those, only has two left and said they have no more 2011 LTD's @ BRP to ship out :dontknow:

I started shopping for my Spyder last June (Bought it in July...) One dealer that I spoke with seemed to have a little bit of info on the next year's (2011) Spyders... If you threaten them enough maybe they'll spill the beans about whatever new colors will be available!

BRP doesn't generally announce coming year models until the dealer's meeting in September. :dontknow:

Not sure if it's true or not, but was told last Nov that the LTD's were alloted to dealers based on last years sales numbers. I had one on order and was given a March delivery date, had a bad case of the can't waits and "settled" for a Pure Mag Metalic. But the delivery date of late March was a real number and mine was there on that date.
If you really want a LTD and want it now, I'm sure it can be had. PM me if you are interested. PS: nothing in it for me, just trying to help anyone out that wants what they cant get.

And I appriciate that. Some things need to be kept within. Thats why we pay the franchise fees.
Had a franchise for over 20 years and there are some things that have to be kept within.
