Pictures of RS Console with Pete's Carbon Filter Kit

Here's some pictures of Pete's (one of the forum's sponsors, PowerSports.com) carbon fiber console kit installed on my RS...Did it today in about a hour an a half for installation...I like it a lot...really stands out in the sun..Note picture #2 where we cut out the switch area for my day runner pucks...almost looks professional....

What windshield do you have? Does it have much up/down adjustablity?

I've just installed a Givi but it is not tall enough for me. I have a long body but short legs & am thinking that the BRP 25" Ultra Touring would be about the correct height to just see over.

If yours can be adjusted to the height of the 25" Ultra, that would be great for the Spring/Fall riding.

That's a Madstad windshield. I have one and they're incredible. There is a lot of adjustability and a wide range of windshield size options. You can even probably mount your Givi to the robobrackets.

The windshield is a Madstad bracket system with a 20" lightly smoked shield...I believe they have 3 different sized screens to choose from. I went thru 3 other windshields including the Givi before I went to this one. You have a lot of play for adjusting based upon your height and it's very easy to adjust. Once you find your sweet sport you tighten it down and forget about it unless you need to tighten it down due to vibrations or whatever...I haven't adjusted it since I put it on.
