• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Like it or not it's comming

The news tonight gave some bad news. The E15 fuel is comming to your neighborhood soon. I really hope they are wrong. Hope someone is working on an additive to allow us to use it in our Spyders. Can't believe NASCAR is supporting this change. The fuel suppliers must have slipped a bundle under the the table to get their support. Guess we will have to see what happens???

That crap can't run in either of my cars without an additive to offset it. It'll make a mess of the Spyder too. Tell me again how adding that crap to already crappy gas saves the environment when engines run like crap on it and burn more? :gaah:

Did I say crap enough times? :gaah: :gaah: :gaah:

Most every station has 10% ethanol here in NY. Some stations have ethanol free 91, but the closest one to my place is at least 90 mins away. I got a tank while I was over in Ithaca a couple months ago and my fuel mileage went up to 38+ mpg from 30. If you search "ethanol free gas" you should find a website (I believe it is pure-gas.org) that will show you where these stations are.

Just sayin'...........

BRP probably already has a "flash" that'll allow it's use...
I don't hontestly think that they'drop E15 into the market without giving the manufacturers a chance to work on solutions for existing vehicles first.

I remember the fed giving us plenty of time to adjust to unleaded back in the 80s...NOT. The only thing most manufacturers have done is issued warnings of voided warranties with the use of E15. It's not like anything else hasn't been shoved down our throats.

thank a lobbyist from the corn industry for this crap! wonder how much some politicians are getting paid off for their vote on this??? :banghead::banghead:

I will have to disagree on this one.
Several car makers have said, it will void your warenty, probably not legal, but they have said it.
I know of no small engine (lawn mower, chain saw or like that has said, it is okay to use. Several have come and just said, if yu use it,expect your engine to quit. Pretty strong words to me.
Trust my goverment, not in the last 50 years. I think it was something called MTB in gas, that make people sick just smelling it cars driving by, but they mandated it. One that started with Thali, a drug. Those that know what it was, okay. I will not go into the story.

And "What Were They Thinking" Again. :dontknow::dontknow::dontknow::dontknow:

Maybe they think if they can ruin all the gasoline engines, then we will have to go electric. Sounds pretty Corney to me. :roflblack:

That is based on an assumption that "they" care, even a little, whether or not your engine self destructs . . . and I doubt "they" do. :banghead:
