• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New 2013 RS-S SE5

Hey all. Just picked up a brand new RS-S SE5 and love it, but it is taking some getting used to. I would like to start customizing by killing the rear cover / plate holder. I have searched for a mounting kit with light but have not had much luck. Only kits that are really pricey for just plastic. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Here is my new baby :)

Congrats on the new ride, I have not taken mine off but they unbolt pretty easy. BRP has a new sport fender kit for the 2014 that will fit 2013 that comes off the pan under the seat that houses the light for the tag and raises the tag . Other then that you can mount the tag like riker did and mount one of the small led strips over it to light up the tag

Thanks coz :D I guess since the search did not reveal anything and it would take months to search through that topic it is back to Google for me...

Thanks Billrob! This is the only one that I found and it is $300 for a couple reflectors and a plastic piece. In the sport bike world there are fender delete kits or plate relocation kits that are relatively inexpensive. I do like the look of that one, but I just can't justify the cash.. I do appreciate the help though :D

One thing you will find out about Spyders and that is nothing about them is inexpensive. Whether it is worth the expense is a matter for discussion.
