• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have a 2009 RSM so I'm looking for some of the best highway pegs available and I have Ricvo floor boards. I need to get my left foot away from the heat. I appreciate all the help you guys can give me.

Have you checked your exhaust Y gaskets? It can get hot when they burn out.

Replace them with Honda PN 18392-MAM-000.

i used 3/4" box tube to go from side-to-side, 3/4 X 1/2 for the 'uprights'... bought a set of RS read pegs... a couple 'pins', paint, weld, etc etc etc... and these are absolutely fantastic.... strong as an Ox, and twice as pretty....

Why not Rivco?

I have Rivco floorboards/heel-toe-shifter and highway pegs ('09 GS). The highway pegs I got use the Rivco brackets and their "Flatfoot" Wide Pegs (#PEGSW). They look great and bring my feet up and out. To stretch out, I simply lay the back of my boots over them and can completely straighten out my legs. Works great for me.
Hope this helps.

I had the Rivco's on my 08 GS and liked them very much. They did make servicing a little more challenging, but otherwise were a good product.
