These guys are putting truckers out of business. The Mexican trucks and drivers do not have to meet the same (and many times, very expensive) standards that US trucks and truckers have to meet.

I'd say the guy knew he was getting filmed and didn't care. At least at that moment he didn't.

The driver was interviewed on Fox & Friends this morning. He said he was wearing sunglasses that had a camera in them. I don't remember where he said he got them, but he said they were used for hunting, too.
