• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

:congrats: Had a feeling it would not be long before the announcement. First 350 miles--let the tires and brakes get set up. Beyond that, I just shifted between 3000 and 3500 and let the gears do the work. You can drive in 6th just fine at 50 + or so (it will chug along at about 2500). That is different from your 998.

Try a full tank using Eco Mode to see if you like it. A shift light will come on when its time going up. The tranny shifts perfectly for all the downs.

My first tank gave me 39 mpg. Others have reported differently--depends on how you drive. Most need 1000 miles plus to get the engine "broke in" before the 40's in mpg.

Enjoy your new ride.

good luck, what is the device in the frunk right at the lid hinge
That is funny that you ask. I needed the dealer to remove my plug for my heated jacket from my old bike (by the way it was a pain in the $%^ for them, it took them like 50 minutes) and they find out that the wire was too short due to the new battery position in the frunk, therefore the dealer had to extend the plug and they were soldering the new extended wire in top of that gadget/device.

Thank you for the information, yes I tried the ECO mode, the shifting was different, low rpm shifting and I did noticed the green arrow.
Also the first 600 miles no speed over 60mph and don't keep the bike at the same speed/rpm either.
