• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Adjusting the 2014 driver floorboard

The previous owner was taller than I, there is a Ultimate seat and I'm thinking that it might be higher than the original. I could use maybe an inch closer floorboards. I looked at them and I don't see an adjustment. Anyone accomplish this before?

Only passenger floorboards are adjustable

I didnt think ultimates raised your seating position. I thought it was only moving it towards the back.

Have you tried sitting further forward to see if the feet work better? Or considered replacing the ultimate seat with an OEM?

If you want to go the OEM route, I have a seat off a 2014 RT-S we could make a deal or a swap & money deal on.

Thanks for your feedback. Here is what I did for a test. Will add feedback after I put some miles on them.

I used 2 3/4" pieces of wood/plywood removed the rubber pad for the template. Had to add a 1 1/2" spacer for the brake petal. Of course going to Lowes for the 2" bolts that were needed for the spacer, I was rear ended in the parking lot, $500 deductible, expensive bolts:banghead::banghead:

Would it just be easier to have an upholstery shop remove some of the padding from the Ultimate? :dontknow:

Sure but that would have cost money and I'm not sure that I would trust a local guy with the Ultimate seat. The wood was free:sour:

I realized that it would be easy to add highway pegs with this arrangement, so I redid it adding the pegs. The uprights are made up of 3/4" PVC pipe, a brass tube that just slid inside and a 1/2" copper pipe, the 3/8" threads all, large washers, & nuts.
