Welcome to the NEW Month of November from Indiana. I have been enjoying our temperatures.
But the Falling of the leaves is a little too much for me. The wife and I are staying with the
yard duty so far. I believe that it's half over. Time will tell about that story.

Currently mostly cloudy sky at 54°F. I still see a little bit of the Moon 🌙 this morning.
DID YOU REMEMBER about 'clock duties'. I forgot too! The cellphone doesn't forget.

Calling for some rain showers this morning around 5am to 6am. Those weather news
people like to change things up. Good Luck with that, is all I am going to say.

Today's high will be only 69°F with some clouds ⛅️
Low at 54°F and cloudy sky.
Everything is going well for me.
Enjoy your Day and Stay Healthy.

Till Next Time my Spyder Forum Friends.

As always this is a Family Post Up.
So Please be Aware of what you Post.
Thank You and have a Blessed Day. (y)

As promised, November arrived cold and wet here in the desert. The rain started about 5:30PM last evening and has been here ever since. We're not experiencing thunderstorms like we usually do, just a lot of wetness. Currently: it's totally overcast and grey sky, 64 degrees, humidity at 100% and a very light breeze. Reminds me of the weather when I lived in Seattle. The high today will only get to 68 and the overnight low will be 56 degrees. Drier weather is expected tomorrow. Stay safe..... Jim

First Monday morning weather news from Indiana. I have enjoyed ryding
this last weekend. Just the best temperatures for me. I hope you had some
Spyder Ryde Time. I'm glad to be done with the time change. I discovered that
my 6 year old microwave has decided to stop working for setting the Time.
My wife is okay with that, because it still works. She has a large wall clock.
Bless her heart ❤️

Currently mostly cloudy sky at 53°F this morning. The trees are still dropping
leaves. So I have that chore for today. I can use my ryding mower for most of
this task. This season has been somewhat crazy on yard work. I am getting
older and don't want to mess with grass or leaves.

High today of only 60°F. A 25% chance of afternoon rain.
Low at 54°F and cloudy are scheduled for today.

Have a Great Day 👍
Till Next Time my Friend.

It's mostly sunny in the desert today. There are a few lingering clouds but no chance of rain. After 3 very soggy days, it'll take a little time to dry out. The humidity is still high at 81% but will come down as the day progresses. Currently it's 61 degrees and we have a 2 MPH breeze. The high today will be 70 and the overnight low will be 54 degrees. The weather ahead for this week looks pretty good. Stay safe..... Jim

Chucked down with rain for three days. Finally drying out today, Monday, but the sky looks grey and ominous.

Supposed to be nice tomorrow, so going for a ride if it is.

Then Wednesday onward more rain until the weekend.

Snow in the canyons and at the resorts, so it's valley rides from now on.

We sure need the water so I can't complain too much.

A little warmer than yesterday and maybe some sunshine today.
I got my new phone and internet setup yesterday. They say that
it's a very easy task to do. Okay, but I still needed to call the 'Help
Line''. I enjoyed being able to learn more about the setup. I got it
all done and ready to go.

Currently mostly cloudy sky at 59°F. The cloud cover helps to keep
the air temperature up. I didn't have to deal with the leaves yesterday.
Today is a different story. I have 'leaf duty' today.

High today of 75°F and cloudy sky.
Low at 61°F. Got to love the clouds.
No rain here for us today. But look out
for tomorrow. We really need the rain.

I hope you have a great day. 👍

It's definitely a screen door day today here in the desert. Currently 65 degrees, bright sunshine with a few stratus clouds in the distance, wind is calm, and humidity is 46%. The high today will be 76 and the overnight low will be 47 degrees. It's been 10 days since the monster in my utility closet has been needed. It did cool down to 70 degrees in the house this morning. Won't be long before I test the heat function for the first time of the season. The switch-over from AC to heat marks one of four times I change the filter each year. That schedule seems to be working well. My utility unit is a split one. The AC compressor is located outside behind the workshop, and the main monster is in a dedicated utility room (closet) that is accessed from outside the house. That room houses the natural gas powered water heater in addition to the home natural gas heat system. I replaced the water heater 4 years ago but have never touched the home heater other than changing filters. Always keep my fingers crossed each time the system changes from AC to heat and back. Stay safe..... Jim

It's Tuesday and it's stopped raining, at least for today. Beautiful sunshine with the temperature around 55°F.

Just finished a lap of Utah Lake. Draper West to Redwood Road, South to the old Sinclair Station in Goshon, East on Highway 6 to Santaquinn, a stop for ice cream at the Dairy Queen, then North on I-15 to home.

Lovely weather, crisp air, and clear sunshine. Light traffic and no holdups. The mountains were pretty with all the snow on top, especially Mt. Timpanogos.

Days like today make it all worth while. Already voted, so no worries.

Welcome to Wednesday from the State of Indiana. Today we are scheduled for some morning rain.
The TV News People are saying me might get an inch or more. Currently raining here at 55°F. The rain
started around 1am this morning. Going to last till 12:30pm, that's what was on my TV News.

So all morning rain here in Indiana. The rain is beating the tree leaves off of my trees. I hope they can
get the job done right. Time will tell on that deal. I did manage to mow all the down leaves yesterday.
The wife said, "getter done". So I did.

Today's high at 63°F with some rain.
Low of 55°F and cloudy sky.
Everything is going good here for me.

Well, here in Vermont today the temp was in the 70's. It felt more like summer here. The unusually warm stretch continues across Vermont and the North Country, but scattered showers will return Thursday as a cold front approaches. Gusty South winds will make for a choppy conditions on Lake Champlain, where a Lake Wind Advisory is in effect tonight. After a mostly dry Friday, temps will gradually retreat toward more seasonable levels this weekend, with another chance of valley rain and mountain snow.

Tonight the temps will be in the upper 50's, it will be partly cloudy, as Southerly winds continue to bring unusually mild air into the region.

Thursday, temps will be in the upper 60's. Scattered showers will move through the region, with the best chance coming during the morning and early afternoon. A few heavier downpours are possible, although rainfall totals may vary from town to town. Night time temps will be in the low to mid 50's, skies will be mostly cloudy, with a chance of scattered showers lingering into the night.

Friday's temps will be in the upper 60's, it will be mostly dry under cloudy skies, with the temps remaining mild for early November. The night time temps will remain in the low 40's and it will be clear as the temps gradually cool.

Saturday will see temps in the upper 50's, A mix of sun and clouds will accompany these cooler temps, with a chance of isolated showers, primarily in Southern Vermont. Expect night time temps in the lower 40's. Skies will turn mostly cloudy, with scattered mountain snow and rain possible, primarily in Southern Vermont.

Sunday, temps will be in the lower 50's, with mostly Cloudy skies and scattered early morning showers that give way to a cooler afternoon. Expect Night time temps in the low 40's, with partly cloudy skies and an increasing chance of mountain snow and valley rain later in the night.

Monday and beyond: Mountain snow and valley rain is possible on Monday as highs reach into the upper 40's. Monday night will be mostly cloudy, with lows near 36 degrees. Accumulations of snow in the mountains at this time look to be just a few inches on the highest summits. Tuesday looks to be mostly sunny and a bit milder, with a high of 54 and an overnight low of 39. Partly sunny skies return Wednesday, with highs near the upper 40's.

Except for the snow, this is what we are looking forward to in Indiana.
Normal highs for us 50°F to 55°F. Our First Snow day is after Thanksgiving.

Yes, we received about a half inch of rain yesterday. Definitely needed this one. We are short on the year for rain. Also the wind and the rain knocked most of the tree leaves off. I hope all the rest of the leaves fall, so that I can be done with the leaves for the season.

Currently mostly cloudy sky at 51°F. Sunrise is at 7:18 am.

High today of 60°F with some clouds. Low at 45°F and cloudy. No rain here for today.

Have a Blessed Day and Stay Healthy 🙏

Another fine day here in the desert. Currently: 70 degrees, 2 MPH breeze, cloudless blue sky, and 44% humidity. The high will be 78 and overnight low will be 57 degrees. A good portion of the valleys water supply comes from the Salt River Reservoir System (SRP). That consists of 4 linked lakes that have descending elevations. The largest and highest is Lake Roosevelt at about 20 miles long and roughly 2 miles wide. The storms we encountered last week continue to produce runoff that is filling the reservoir system. In the last 7 days the level of Lake Roosevelt rose 25 feet!!!! And it's continuing to go up. This is very unusual for this time of year. The SRP system was designed to be filled from high mountain snow melt each spring and summer. The unusual influx of water now has caused SRP to allow runoff of excess water downstream to otherwise dry riverbeds. Some of those riverbeds "never" see water and some even have roads crossing them. There are flood warnings and road closures for parts of the downstream areas in Phoenix. That's what happens when people build stuff in and around traditional riverbeds. So, some of the road closures and flooding being reported in the news, are planned events. Stay safe..... Jim
