I noticed the 20% discount deal on the BRP website. I scurried over to my dealer and picked out some rain gear for myself and wife. I noticed the finance man and asked him about the discount. He said to check with the parts man. I did so and was told emphatically "No way are we giving that kind of discount on anything!!!" This is the same dealer that has been giving me the runaround regarding my rear suspension losing the air charge over night. And the same one who gave me a service appointment time for the 600 mile checkup and then took 3 1/2 days to complete it. This dealer is 7 miles away and easy to get to but It's Time for a change even though it will be a 20 mile drive to the next closest one.

From my understanding the discount is from a vendor you reach when clicking on the banner. Use your dealer for sizing and then order on-line. There's a minimal delivery charge but you won't pay sales tax (at least here in Indiana you won't pay sales tax).

BRP says valid at "Participating Dealers or online". Guess my dealer doesn't. As far as delivery charges are...I ordered a couple of decals for my RT on the BRP site. They were mailed to me from a dealer 25 miles away from me. I was charged $7.95 shipping and handling. The deals were in a plain envelope with 56 cents postage on it.

Bought a micro polyester top with the 20% off. They charged me $13.95 shipping. Ordered it last Thursday and still haven't received an email that it has shipped. Ridiculous on the shipping charges!

I ordered size 7 rt riding boots 20% off! I was so excited. But I got an email today saying the order had been canceled cause they were out of stock. BUMMED!
