• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

A big shout out to Bajaron and his team! - sorry, long story.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ron at the Spyder Rally in Maggie Valley last week. I asked him for his thoughts on a clunk that I had in the front suspension of my 2022 F3 Limited. I wasn't sure if it had anything at all to do with the BajaRon Ultra Swaybar that I installed, but thought I would ask. Ron took the time to get on the ground and check to see if he could find anything. After confirming there was in fact a clunk, he asked if I was going to be around later, as he really wanted to get it on the ramps and take a look. His wife called me later that evening when they had an opening, and lo and behold, one of the arms on the Ultra Swaybar was indeed under torqued. This was after he asked me a couple of times if I used a torque wrench to torque everything properly when I installed it (in fact I did, but have since discarded the 30+ year old torque wrench that I used, as it was clearly out of calibration significantly.)

In any case, after both he and his son had taken significant time out of their already very busy day to identify my error, they re-torqued the arm and sent me on my way with no noises whatsoever. I asked Ron to let me pay them at a minimum for their time, as this was clearly not a product issue but a user error, but he would not accept. He told me that he wants people to be happy with his product and to be sure that it works as he designed it to work. This is the kind of customer service that makes for a lifetime customer, which is unfortunately nowadays, far too rare.

Thank you to Ron and his team and to all of the sponsors and vendors who made the rally a great time for me and many others!

Bajaron and his staff are what’s good in this world. I have been to his shop for various services 4-5 times in the last year or so, and the professionalism, kindness, and quality of his staff is second to none. I drive 250 miles each way for his services, but each drive is a labor of Love, as I know on the other end is a group of people who genuinely care about me and my Spyder. They are what we all should strive to be - Honest and Caring!

This Spring, I was down in Tenn seeing my brother-in-law, hauled my 2012 RTL down in a trailer to ride the hills and see the countryside! To make a long story short, I purchased a new S2S while I was down there, and I left my old bike with my brother-in-law. I wanted to get over to Ron's shop before I came home to get some filters and things, so what better time than with my new bike! So, my wife and I rolled into the dooryard and Dannel and another gentlemen were hard at work in the shop working on two bikes in their bays. I strolled up to Dannel and started a conversation. I asked him some questions about my bike and a bike I was working on at home for a friend. Before you know it, Dannel wanted to know if I wanted him to check out my new ride, so of course I said yes!!! He had the covers off and the computer came out; he checked that thing from stem to stern, made a few changes, and backed it out. WOW, I thought, what a shop! I asked him what I owned him for that service because I was going into the office to buy my filters and things and he said, no charge!!! I told him I wished that I lived a little closer to him and Ron than where I was in Maine, as I have not found a shop like theirs here yet! They are a class act, top notch outfit, and my brother-in-law is a lucky dog who lives 35 miles from his doorstep!! Ps, I did get to have a great conversation with Ron before I left, and I had to tell him how much I love doing business with him throughout the years of owning my Spyders!!! The whole shop, everyone who's under his roof deserves a big round of applause! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

Have visited Ron, Daniel, & Paige at his shop on many occasions. Their work is top notch and half the cost of a stealer! We even went to the shop while at the Rally in Maggie Valley to say hello. Always a gentleman, Ron will go out of his way for you.

These testimonials are always enjoyable to hear as they are how it once was years back that was considered normal business. Now, unfortunately they are far few.
Absolutely Baxter! BRP should sit up and take notice, but you know that will never happen. With the Spyder being so comfortable and easy to ride and operate, there's a nearly untouched world out there of folks who know little more than "push to start". These people need help when things go bad, as this site is a testament to, and many end up getting less than quality dealer service. Sadly, that kind of reputation has doomed several manufacturers in the past to the ultimate junk pile. Imagine talking to the grand kids about your wonderful times you had on your Spyder and they ask, "A what?"...
