Is anyone familiar with Tomberlin in Augusta, GA? Do they have a good service department?

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Yes, I have used them for my last two Spyders. An 09 RS and a new 2012 RTS, both purchased from them. They are a smallish dealership but their Spyder tech, Chris, is outstanding and really knows his way around the machine. He is Factory trained and very diligent in his work. The best way to get service done is to call and set up a date to bring it in for the work. Don't just leave it as they are very busy doing Jet boats, four wheelers and jet skis. They will try to work with you as much as possible and I have found them to go the extra mile if they can.
The dealership is also the international Headquarters for Tomberlin Outdoor Products (four wheelers and golf carts) which are made overseas and sold internationally. I have not had any issues with my Spyders nor has my son who also has an 09 RS. PM me if you would like to get together and discuss in more detail as I live in Augusta.
