• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can anyone tell me about the BEST Warranty? Any advice re it and this suspension fault?

Bought the 2023 Spyder RTL used in late July, took to the local dealer with a suspension fault that only shows after 20 minutes with the wife on the passenger seat. They blamed the battery, so new battery in place took a ride the other day with her and got another suspension fault. No codes displayed, not sure if a code reader would see it. Put it in gear; had her on it with me; the air compressor ran for nearly 20 minutes; so I shut it off and the light came on. This thing only has 1900 miles on it. I have no idea what service it's had, so when they look for the fault, I'm going to have the fluids and filters done with the one year check to see if there is anything else going on.

Can anyone tell me something about the B.E.S.T. extended warranty? This is on warranty until Feb '26, but with the issues, I'm leaning towards the extension. If anyone has any advice, I would be glad to read it. Lowell

For the B.E.S.T. extended warranty the best, pun intended, person to speak with is Thomas Palmer at iMotorsports, Elmlhurst, IL, 331-316-9767.

FWIW, get a quote from iMotorsports and ask your local dealer to match it. I went to my service manager and he had no problem matching the quote and I feel better giving the business to the locals.

Generally, if you have an existing problem that hasn't been corrected in warranty, the dealership should still honor repair efforts if the OEM warranty recently lapsed while still an issue.
