• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Dave's Dilemma

Dave did you trade in the RT? Just curious how the dealer would figure out a trade in value for something that they can't fix? Nice Wing. I hope you enjoy it for years to come.

Nope, not traded in. I was wondering the same thing about value with it not in riding condition.

So, you are still the prowd (or whatever) owner of a Spyder RT? No agreements, negotiations or otherwise in regards to the future of (I'm assuming) your soon to be X-Spyder?

In other words, since it appears that the divorce is not final, have you at least started the paperwork?

Spyder is sleeping on the couch at the dealer. Cant complete anything since its not operational.

Best of luck with the new ride, Dave, and don't be a stranger here. I hope you can get the situation with the "excess baggage" dealt with soon, too. You deserve to come out on top here...if only by virtue of your infinite patience. :)

Thanks Scotty. I still think the Spyder is an awesome ride, just not MY spyder. Gonna keep riding with the Fl X-Press to the spyder events but may have to sneak in. LOL
I would have loved to have more patience, but my last vacation for the year is now and I missed 3 of them already. Enjoying the riding, or as Doc wuold say, On the Road Again

Well, at least it's not YOU sleeping on the couch at the dealership!

I want to wish you the best, Dave. I've enjoyed talking to you, and reading your posts. Enjoy the new ride.

Thanks, I am not going far away. Too much time invested in friends on here. I will still make the events, even if you all make me park down the street. LOL

Going to make my daily trip to the shop to see if the sick patient is doing any better. I believe the last diagnosis was to transplant some parts. I hope there arent any side effects such as organ rejection.
