• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Found another problem while installing my Ron bar!

Got my RTS up in the air tonight to install my Bajaron sway bar and discovered another problem with my new bike. The oil pressure switch is covered with oil and there is a place in the lower pan about the size of a silver dollar where it has been dripping. Adding this to my list for when BRP calls me about my heat issue!

Not good..!!

glad you caught that. Did you check to see if perhaps it was just loose..? If so I would tighten it before going to far. You will lets us know how the bar works out for you..!!

There were a number of oil pressure switch failures with the early Spyders. They substituted a redesigned switch and the problems lessened. In general oil pressure switches are sort of fragile, though, so the do fail. Easy fix and replacement should take care of you leak in short order. I'd call the dealer and let them know, so they can have a switch on the shelf when you come in for your 600 mile service.
