There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hats off to Woods Fun Center the dealer I got my fog light kit from. They got my switch to me lickety split. Any one need a blue one?Seemed like good people do deal with. I also did an additional farkle small hole drill style.

Yes you ay the unlock system and the give you blue? Just like me had to get amber but BRP is paying for mine. Why? Because the of their bad dealing with this for all of us to buy the unlock system. Send your bill to brp, they will send you a check back to you. For their mess up.

No bill they ordered it from BRP for me and said keep the blue one. Good customer service and very nice to talk with Jr. I got the kit for $350 too a big discount. Some dealers know how to please a customer. Too bad they are in Texas and not SC :gaah:

But they also send blue ones out on some of the 14 rts ,,some are all blue and some where mixed , just can understand why they did this. That's what mine is blue and amber lights.

Same thing with the fogs but it worked out in the end...for me at least. They are easy enough to swap out.

I contacted BRP about the blue lighted front trunk release switch. Their last email to me said to contact my dealer to see if he could change the bulb! Change the bulb...say what?nojoke

Ok here's the part number for Amber switch for park/ hood opener brp # 710002353. This what you need for the amber switch, hope this helps you all out???

I sent the CEO a e-mail on what the BRP rep sent to me. The rep was a dum ass , so I sent the hole e mail to him and got a very nice fed back and right part number from him. As for the rep well job gone for him. Mr L D rep.. Dumass..

And did you get the dealer to order it for you? I replaced my own but I have some curved hemostats that helped when I dropped the plug into the hole. Takes about 1 min to do.

I knew about the switch color issue so I specifically asked my dealer to ensure the frunk release switch light matched the other switch lights on my 2014 RT-L. You guessed it, ordered and installed the blue lighted switch. Gonna send him an email with the P/N Spacetrucker provided. Not sure what the outcome will be, but hoping he'll order the orange lighted switch and install it at no cost to me.

That's the part number shown in the 2014 IPB. If it's the amber lighted switch then I can't help but wonder why dealers are installing the blue lighted switch. Any idea as to what the part number is for the blue lighted switch?

Thes the blue kit is in the 2014 acc book for front trunk unlock kit. You only need to order the 710002353 amber light switch and only unlock kit by its self . Brp trying to get reed of the 2010 kits don't but them from the 2014 book. Or the 2013 kit only. Have a great day you all ...peace out from space far far away.....?

Thanks. I remembered my dealer had given me the box that the electronic front cargo release kit came in. The kit part number is 219400185. The installation instructions for the kit shows a part number for the switch, 710001998, which has the blue lights.

Thanks Spacetrucker and Magdave for unraveling the mystery of the blue lighted switch.
