• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Not very far - he had to go to work but we rode around the Easton reservoir for a while - lots of little windy roads which kept us busy for a while. Then I went and did errands on the Spyder.

Tried to go out again today but I came home quick because it started raining with thunder and lightening.

Rained so hard here today that the parking lot accross the street had the water up to the floorboards on the cars parked there. :gaah:

people had to wade to the cars to get to them and some of them could not open their doors or the car would fill with water! :yikes:

those dark roads were good though - it was hot out there yesterday. Shade felt nice! Just glad we didn't get caught in any rain.

I'm glad you had a nice ride!
I know what you mean about the rain and thunderstorms. I go to work everyday on the spyder, and always wonder what the ride home will be like. I guess that is why I invested in some good rain gear.
Hey, remember those nice handle bar muffs that I had over the bars in Brattleboro at the banner ride to keep my hands warm? I also use them when I get caught in heavier rain. They keep my gloves dry and the foam grips from getting soaked as well. I just remove them and keep them in the trunk when I don't have to use them.

its time to get us all the hell out of new england ....quick lets run .... where should we go .....

Well, I sure hope that when we get there the sun will control the days. Maybe we will just push all that bad weather out into never-never land. All is well so far. Looking forward to meeting new people as we resume our trip tomorrow.
