There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Has anybody heard any rumors on the 2025 Spyder Models? New line-up released!

I hope they do a full redesign of the F3 spyder models, which long overdue.

I've ridden a diesel motorcycle (not like that one tho! ) and after I'd been to the chiro for a re-alignment & the Dentist to get my teeth put back in, I swore I'd never do that again! :banghead: . But I hafta admit, that bike ^ looks interesting, and the idea of airbags, hydro-static drive, and twin turbos on a small diesel like that... Hmmm, I might just hafta rethink that?! :dontknow:

I'd like to see the British Racing Green that they put on certain 23 Seadoos. Oh, and Android Auto (that works)

With the possibility of BRP announcing the new models for 2025/26 later this year, I wondered if one of the next updates will be the addition of Adaptive Cruise Control (Acc)? It appears several motorcycles are now offering it on the latest models inc BMW.

Another option is the introduction of DCT (dual-clutch transmission) - something which has proved successful on the 1800cc Goldwing and BMW will offer this on the 1300GS and the 1300RT.

Anyone else have thoughts of what BRP upgrades will be to the Spyder models?

I don't plan on updating anytime soon, but that adaptive cruise control would be nice. My mustang has it and I consider it to be one of those things that I didn't know how much I would appreciate it until I had a chance to use it. The biggest update that I would have liked on my 2021 RT would have been lighted controls on the handlebars. This is something that I understand is on the 2024. Besides that, I am good until they do a larger engine with more power.

Can someone explain how Adaptive Cruise Control varies from the "usual?"
On my car, it senses the distance that you are away from the car in front of you. So if you have cruise set on 65 and you come up behind someone going 55, it will match the 55 speed until they move out of the way. Then it will resume the speed that you currently have it set. On mine, I have 3 different distances that I can set the space between cars. I typically keep it set on the furthest distance because I still don't trust tech. So I want a safety space in case I have to brake. I didn't think it was a big deal, but I love it and use cruise all the time.

Regular old fashioned cruise control is set to a specific speed, and the vehicle maintains that speed as best it can.

Adaptive Cruise Control is also set to a specific speed, but it has the ability to monitor how close you are to vehicles ahead of you, and slow down and even brake as necessary to maintain the following distance.

I have ACC in my Honda Ridgeline and absolutely hate it.
I live a few miles north of town, and the road down into town has some mildly twisty sections, one lane in each direction.
So if you turn on ACC and then go around a curve that bends to the right, the sensor is pointed at oncoming traffic, which pretty much guarantees hard braking.

It's also annoying on the highway when you are in moderate traffic and approach a slower moving truck.

I leave ACC turned off unless I'm making a long trip on a highway or freeway.

Thank you blacklightning and racoon.

I would like that a lot. My new 2024 Altima does NOT have ACC. I still have to play the click, click game to match speeds.

Adaptive Cruise Control came on my GMC AT4 and is a great way to keep traffic from flowing normally on a 2 lane hi-way because everyone slows down and you get a long queue. Another (safety feature) that is completely useless except for those drivers that are on their cell phones and not looking out the front window. JM0

For the F3... Android auto that works! Then copy that to the RT series.

Also, the option of having a BajaRon Sway Bar and either Fox, Elka, or Wilburs shocks from factory.

Tire options, like General Altimax or Vredstein.

WAIT! I'm just dreaming, aren't I? lololol

They need adjustable shocks that the user can adjust on the fly to make harder or softer ride. Bigger motor would be nice to, but with better fuel economy
