• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Has anyone ever opened a Paypal dispute?

If you like the windshield, you could just keep the kit and pay them for it. What you're looking for is the best possible outcome. If that's it, don't let the last few weeks of grief get in the way of years of satisfaction.

All's' well that ends well.

Yup ... I ponder that. At this point, I have no idea if my financial institution has been made whole by either Paypal or Omnia Racing. I wouldn't send them $$ if I have no proof of reimbursement to my financial institution. Not going to double pay the vendor. I also think the windshield manufacture has some restitution responsibility to the vendor, as it is basically totally their error, even though the vendor could have been more proactive. We'll see how long it takes to get the necessary mounting hardware. Paypal is still investigating, currently on day 17 of opening the dispute.

Agreed. And it's your call, of course. My dad used to say; 'Don't cut off your nose to spite your face'. Not saying this is one of those times. Glad you are the adult in the room on this one.
