Mt Rose /Ski Tahoe advertises 212" of snow this season. Could be just like the old days----Some parts of the Sierra Nevada's have had well over 30 FEET of snow recorded.

Love that snow in the hills, makes for full water sheds in the summer.

The NWS has just modified our forecast and put us into the 10"-20" band and a blizzard warning. 7" on the ground now and still snowing very heavily. Can't really complain, as this is the first real snow that we have had this winter. Generator is ready to go in case we lose power, but the snow is really light powder, not the heavy wet white snot. Just have to wait and see how it plays out.

i have not done it yet either. my neighbor is my gardener also, so we have a deal going, he does my lawns for free and i do his snow being he does plowing during the winter. i will go out later,
