• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

All it took was one e-mail to get started. They sent out a new part(cup holder) that failed. Within 2 hours I had a tracking number. Jacob was awesome! Thanks Lamont. :thumbup: Tom :spyder:

We try and field test every product for many miles before going to market with them. Sometimes there are issues that show up that we didn't see in our testing. When we have a problem we do our best to correct it and so far this is working well. I do this for profit just like any other vendor but I would rather have a good name even if it cost me to make things right. This was no big deal but I've been designing products for 16 years now and have a pretty good name in the industry and I plan on keeping it that way. If you have a problem with anything I sell give me a chance to make it right, that's all I ask. :doorag:
 
I was at Lamonster Garage today and spoke face to face with Jacob...he truly is a good guy with a good heart and wants to do his best for their customers.
