New flooring

3 layers of old flooring was HARD to remove. New flooring looks good. I never want to do that again. No Spyder riding till the job is done (just the trim and re-installing the washer/dryer left).

Ya, that's the theme around my house this year, working on the outside getting ready for the painters. Sucks, but it has to be done!

Me too! Outside house painting is not very friendly. The wife said maybe we should get a quote! Oh my goodness,
" the price was out of this world".

Almost 3 times over my budget!!!
I told her we will have to 'really think
Hard' on this project.
Anyone out there have any real ideas for me on getting my house painted?

I only have a small budget for this 'house painting'.
I was told by some friends that's the way it goes.

Got any young kids around that want to do something other than hold their phones in their hands? Other than that, check a few other painting contractors! Ive got two metal knee's that don't do ladders very well, that's the only reason I went with a contractor!
