• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Not a great day here...

:roflblack::shocked: She was in the Jeep behind me... It was the roughest ride home that ny human being has ever endured! :yikes:

I'm surprised she was able to stop in time to avoid running you over. :roflblack: Glad your ok:lecturef_smilie:

john

Well I DID tell her that I think she missed her Golden Opportunity... :roflblack:
She mentioned something about lining me up with the center of the hood and then thinking better of it though!
Truthfully it was a first gear, low speed impact...

Thanks Ron! I can STILL pose as either a bad example, or comic relief! :D
The bike's just up the road from you if you can talk Tom into letting you see the wreckage...
That won't be any problem, I'm going over to maryellen's tonight for some fun.

be thankful

Way too bad about the t bone but just think how it might have ended up if you were t boned. Tupperware can be replaced . Worst part about the whole thing is ( and I've been there ) is having to listen to being told this , that and the other by the better half . And they never forget....even tho they forgive....LOL

Do you honestly think that I don't know that??

(This one will be a "Topic of Conversation" for about another fourteen thousand years!

I would pretty much have bet that if I had been T-Boned; it would have turned the bike over and spilled me out into traffic...

All things considered i'm figuring that it could not have turned out better for me... The impact felt more "automotive" than anything. The frontal impact was low speed with some lateral forces due to the Subaru's direction of travel and the Spyder just stopped and sat down...

Yep... I was on 213 at the stop sign by the entrance into Stewarts (that's on the left...) " Allie" was coming off of 32 on the short "chute" and making the left-hand tun onto 213...
I just never saw the girl...:opps:

Bob when are you gonna get "new blue"? Are you going to replace now or wait? Inquiring minds wanna know?!?

That is what I figured when you said it was a 1/2 mile from the dealer. That's a weird intersection.

OUCH OUCH OUCH OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! /talk about a bad hair day!!!!! Sheeeeese. Glad your OK... totaly understand the inattention thing.... been there done that!!!!:sour: :opps:

Bob, Can you join us for breakfest at the diner in Roscoe NY this coming weekend ??? It's barely over a half hour from you. It's ok if your in a cage.

That sounds like a plan with some potential... I'm guessing the Roscoe Diner?
Which day and time?
Details man!!
If Holly is at all like my Missus you know that I need details... :shemademe_smilie::shocked:

:agree: :agree: :agree: :agree: :agree::gaah:
But it could have been so very much worse that I'm just smiling...

"New Blue"? The Missus has pretty much resigned herself to the fact that some shopping will be done... :2thumbs: It all will depend on the numbers...:ohyea:

I'm glad that you pointed this out... I missed it!! :opps:
Saturday is better for me only because on Sunday I want to go to Arctic Adventures' Open House ...

Well now I've got some new desktop pictures and a good reason to cry...
All in all though... the bike held up reasonably well!

Thanks guys...
They're telling me that it isn't totalled so I may have to get some artwork airbrushed on the hood after this is over...
How about a Phoenix?
