• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Now here's one for you

I just received a call from BRP customer service asking me if I needed any help for my issue with the "Check engin light coming on" He told me he had read my post here on Spydrlovers. The service manager where I purchased my bike asked what website I have been going to and was impressed with all the information that was available here. I was floored as this is the first time I've had a company call me because they read a complaint on a web site. So my hats off to BRP. The dealer has my bike and I was assured that it would be back on the road as soon as possable. But most of all I would like to thank Spyderlovers you have more of an impact that you may realise.

Wow...now THAT is customer service!

BRP is far from perfect, but this forum can't be beat when it comes to Spyder info.

:firstplace:And BRP knows all about this site, they even have a link on their own WebSite :firstplace:

Hope they do you a good job! Bought my first and second Honda(750 K2) in Alamogordo. Two years at Holloman. Some of the best riding I have ever enjoyed. Cloudcroft, Teularosa, AND the wide open spaces. White Sands.
Sure do miss that area.

You are right this is a great area for all kinds of stuff.

BRP (and any serious, professional BRP dealership) would have to be insane not to read every page of Spyderlovers. It contains the best possible feedback and insight on their product that they could possibly hope for. It also contains the best possible demographics of Spyder owners. It's a research and marketing directors dream come true.

It should be required reading for the BRP design and engineering team, BRP customer support, and BRP dealership relations. The site should be on the CEO's web browser highlighted bookmarks toolbar.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Spyderlovers.com is the most valuable Spyder resource in the world.

Carlo called me after seeing all of my griping in here about the delays in repairs to my Spyder.
(They ARE watching you...   )
He did get involved and push the shop along as much as he could.
Thank you; Carlo and BRP!
