Don't these guys put S & S engines in everything they build? I believe they are similar to HD.
Very similar, almost a clone but with more kick, most are in the 120cc range.
The bike that will be featured on American Chopper is unusual for the chopper industry. It is a reverse trike, with two wheels in the front and one in the back and mimics a corn picker. Every aspect of the commemorative chopper is unique and custom built. An American flag with the saying "God Bless the American Farmer," flies on the gas tank, along with an image of a two-row horse drawn planter, which is how the first Beck's Superior Hybrids seed was planted. The handle bar grips resemble an ear of corn and the side mirrors resemble the leaf of a corn plant. Driving on Hoosier tires, the wheels are made to resemble a planter plate.
I don't know what S&S engines are; but, I was at OCC a few weeks back and I was impressed with all the choppers they had in their display windows. There were like 20 to 30 choppers. The one that I found the most fascinating was the one that had a stretcher attached to it.
I made a comment to someone that that was an awful lot of money to have tied up in their display choppers since it did not appear they were for sale. I was told that the Discovery Channel pays for all that they build. That is the channel that the show is on where I live.

Ya, it was Roger and he was hanging at Arctic Adventures, our dealership in Rosendale NY. It's about 20-25 miles from there shop.:read: hmmmm... didn't someone post a while back that they ran into Paul (can't remember Sr. or Jr.) in a Spyder dealer and was looking in detail on it?? For a while we thought it was for OCC accessories but this might be the real reason!!![]()
