I believe they were produced first for the 2013 Spyder which seemed to have an overheating problem so severe that some riders were burnt bad enough to require medical attention and some Spyders to catch fire! They are still available and some dealers will put them on without a charge but some won't. I'm in the process of doing mine right now! Some body on the SL Site has templates to make the job a whole lot easier. A number of members on here have told me that the removal of the belly pan or a part of it allows the cooling air to go through the body work easier and cooling the engine quicker and easier. You'll lose the lower air deflecters when you install them.

I'm assuming that you are looking for the air scoops, that replace the "Lower air deflectors"? :dontknow:
This was an accessory that was originally used on the 2013 RTs, to get more airflow in and under the bodywork...
Let me do some digging, and see what I can find. :thumbup:

I think you are looking for these ..... go to Procaliber.com ---- register ( for free you will get did-counted prices ). go to 2013 RT ,s or ltd ..... look at .... Body And Accessories ( Heat Management Kit ) ...... the pic can be enlarged and you want the lower right side corner . #'s 149 to 156 ........... That is the Heat abatement scoop that BRP - GAVE to 2013 RT owner's ...... make sure you register, so you get the discounted prices ..... Mike :thumbup:

The vent kit part number is 219800388

You can order the Vent kit from the dealer or Powersportswarehouse.com. They have it for $46.89 plus postage. The part number Bob listed is for the Heat Management Kit for the 2013 RT's ($210.00) PM me your E-mail address and I'll send you the install procedure I developed when I installed them on My 2014 RT. The Vent Kit will fit all RT's from 2010 to 2017. Checked Procaliber and the don't have it.
