There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

RIP Queen Elisabeth. You kept your promise and served your people well. The last of the WWII era rulers. She was a mechanic in the Army motor pool during the war and rode a motorcycle as a courier. I remember watching her coronation in 1953. As a Canadian my mother was very excited for her. I am very sad to see her go, for sure the end of an era.
My sentiments exactly. I also liked Prince Phillip, he had a great dry sense of humor.

As I read this and write this, there is a documentary about the Queen on my TV. Quite a lady. She and Prince Phillip had an amazing lifelong love for each other. When asked how their relationship endured, the Queen said, "he makes me laugh". A class act that we won't see again. RIP Queen Elizabeth..... Jim

……..and here is the perfect example of how Phillip made Elizabeth laugh. Walking past her royal guards one morning, one looked slightly familiar, so she slowed for a better look. Yes, Phillip had arisen very early and donned a guardsman uniform, complete with bearskin hat, and was standing with the other guards as the Queen passed ( he was in his nineties then). As you can see, she was greatly “amused”
