Replace fog light bulb with LED bulb?

Can someome tell me how to get to fog light bulb on a 2013 RT :dontknow:

If you have great manual dexterity you can reach the rear of the fog lamps on the 2013 bo reaching from the wheel wells. The official way is to remove the frunk for access. On 2014 and later, there is too much in the way and the frunk must come off.
