• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I found an LED Plate Light Replacement for my 2020 F3!

I just recently had my rear plate light go out and I wanted to replace the incandescent bulb with a LED and I was able to find a match.

It is the Sylvania LED 5007 mini bulb. I came here first to look to see if anybody had listed one yet, and even though I didn't find my answer I did find a warning about not using Loctite on the screw for the lens, which I am glad I found because I was going to do just that, as I had found when replacing the light the lens had come loose.

I also saw where someone had used silicon instead. I didn't want to mess with silicon and clean up from it, so instead I used teflon tape on the screw and wrapped the hell out of it to keep it in place.

What's the issue with Loctite? My original lens fell off, so I replaced the whole unit with an LED unit from Amazon.
The lens is identical, and I used a drop of Loctite 222 on the screw. No problems so far.
