I don't know if this is correct and thought maybe somebody who's run into this before could help me.
Friday I picked up a my RT from a local dealer that I have never done business with before,
after it had been up there for rear tire replacement at about 9000 miles.
The dealer is about 65 miles for me so I trailed it up there on Tuesday and picked it up Friday.
My mistake was not test driving it before I brought it back home Friday I was in a hurry.
The cost of the tire replacement and labor was $426.50
the wife and I went out to a local restaurant Saturday evening about 5 miles from the house
I noticed a whine coming from the rear wheel and a slight vibration.
It concerned me enough not to go very fast so we sort of limped home and I put in my shop.
Sunday I raised it up on some Jack stands and found the pulley had a slight wobble to it
also the tire seem to wobble a little no noise. The right side of the rear rim while was turning
seem to be straight as an arrow no wobble but the left side the side with pulley wobbled.
I abandoned the Sunday 200 mile ride to the Shenandoah Parkway because I was unsure
about this wobble.
Could this be a problem with reinstallation of the rim the axles and the pulley?
Below is a link to the YouTube video that I took of this wobble the dealer is close on Monday
so it will be Tuesday before I can contact them.
Any help is appreciated.
